Provider identity
The legal entity name, SPCSEAR DBA or assumed-name status, business address, and formal notice contact remain founder-and-counsel-controlled placeholders until approved.
Service boundary
SPCSEAR provides workflow, document, coordination, and evidence-management services. It is not a permitting authority, inspection authority, engineering firm, law firm, or substitute for a licensed contractor or qualified technical reviewer.
Customer responsibility
The customer remains responsible for confirming the correct authority, project facts, code compliance, technical decisions, field conditions, license and insurance status, authorization to submit, government payments, inspections, corrections, and final work.
No outcome guarantee
“Permit Ready” is a defined human-reviewed workflow state, not a representation that an authority will accept, issue, approve, inspect, or close a permit. Authorities may request additional information or reject an application.
Managed Submit and Concierge
SPCSEAR may coordinate filing or follow-up only under current, specific customer authorization. SPCSEAR does not take custody of municipal credentials and will not certify technical content on the customer’s behalf.
Fees
SPCSEAR service fees are separate from government, utility, engineering, plan, courier, payment-processing, and other third-party fees. Final pricing and refund language must match the customer order and approved policy.
Acceptable use and suspension
Users may not submit false information, upload malicious material, attempt unauthorized access, evade tenant controls, or use the service outside applicable law. Access may be suspended to protect customers, authorities, or the service.
Launch approval required
This template is not active customer terms until the final entity, address, notice details, governing-law language, insurance allocation, dispute provisions, and counsel approval are inserted.
